Programmdetails

Our program allows volunteers to join Kraków’s most popular nightlife experience as part of our Content Creation & Social Media team. Volunteers stay in accommodation located near the city center and collaborate with our management and staff to produce high-quality digital content that promotes our nightly pub crawl and few daytime experiences.
The goal is to elevate our brand visibility through engaging videos, photos, and storytelling while enjoying a fun and multicultural environment.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Main Activities:

Create reels, TikToks, photo sets, and short videos during the pub crawl.

Capture content of guests, venues, activities, and staff (always respectfully).

Edit and deliver a minimum amount of publishable content weekly (determined with the manager).

Contribute ideas for trending sounds, concepts, and storytelling.

Help maintain a consistent visual identity for the brand.

Occasionally assist with small promotional tasks connected to content creation (ex: behind-the-scenes clips, venue shots).


Shifts:

3–4 shifts per week, usually in the evenings.

Each shift lasts 3–4 hours depending on the night.

Flexible scheduling arranged weekly with the manager.

Some days off may include up to 3–4 consecutive days depending on operations.

Regeln

Always respect guests’ privacy and ask consent before filming close-up content.

Do not consume alcohol excessively while working; professionalism is required.

Be on time for every scheduled shift.

Handle equipment (your own or ours) responsibly.

Share all raw files and final edited content with the manager within the agreed timeframe.

Maintain respectful behavior toward staff, guests, and partner venues.

Keep the accommodation clean and follow the house rules.

No aggressive behavior, discrimination, or disrespect of any kind will be tolerated.

Volunteers represent the brand, positive attitude and responsibility are essential.
