I am really sad and also sorry to hear that you were not comfortable and feeling bad during the time you have spent here at Davies Court -

I saw you few times and you have never showed you unease - You looked so kind, gentle and perfectly at ease working and living here -

It's so sad that you have never come to speak with me about the issues you were having in the flat with your flat-mates - Maybe It could have been much easier for you and for sure i could have helped you to overcome the situation there -

We are here to help and support to help all Volunteers having a pleasant experience but we can do it only if people talk to us when they are experiencing bad moments -

About the Volunteer program we have always been very clear that it's about Housekeeping which involve lots of cleaning and keeping the hostel in tip top condition - In exchange we offer accommodation use of the Gym and a weekly Voucher in food -
