This is a social and vibrant hostel in Nungwi, Zanzibar. We’re looking for an outgoing and communicative volunteer to help us create an amazing atmosphere for our guests. Your role is to bring people together, organize activities, sell excursions, and make sure everyone feels welcome and connected. If you love people, this is for you!

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Organize daily events (volleyball, game nights, sunset gatherings, dinners, etc.)

Engage with guests and encourage them to join activities

Promote and sell our excursions: Mnemba, Safari Blue, Spice Tour, Stone Town

Help create a friendly and social environment

Assist the team with small tasks around common areas when needed

Shifts:

5 hours per day

6 days per week

Flexible schedule depending on events and guest flow

Always be respectful, responsible, and punctual

Maintain a positive and social attitude with guests

No drinking during the shift.

Keep common areas organized after activities

Follow hostel guidelines and coordinate events with the management team

Represent the hostel with friendliness and professionalism
