Join us at our hacienda, a 17th-century colonial estate nestled in the heart of the Sacred Valley of Cusco, surrounded by mountains, gardens, and Andean history.
We are a family project dedicated to preserving the hacienda’s heritage while developing cultural, ecological, and hospitality experiences.

We welcome volunteers who wish to live in a peaceful rural environment, learn about Peruvian traditions, and contribute to daily life

25 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Programmdetails

The hacienda is a 17th-century colonial estate located in the heart of the Cusco Valley, just 25 minutes from the city. It is a family-run project dedicated to preserving cultural heritage, promoting rural tourism, and sharing authentic Andean traditions.

Our volunteer program offers the chance to live surrounded by history and nature while contributing to the daily life of the hacienda. Volunteers can help in different areas depending on the season and their personal skills.

We welcome open-minded, respectful, and proactive people who enjoy teamwork, cultural exchange, and life close to nature.


Aktivitäten & Schichten

Main Activities
The type of help varies, but generally includes:
🪴 Gardening & Outdoor Maintenance
Watering, pruning, cleaning green areas, and taking care of the vegetable garden.
Planting or harvesting depending on the season.
🏠 Support in Family Lodging
Assisting with guests and basic hospitality.
Helping with cleaning rooms and common areas.
Occasional help with breakfast or dinner service.
🎨 Decoration, Events & Photography
Helping with decoration for events, weddings, or cultural workshops.
Using natural materials creatively.
Photography, social media, or digital content (optional).

Keeping spaces tidy and organized.
Small repairs, painting, or improvement projects.
Schedule
Around 5 hours per day, usually on Weekends friday to monday.
Schedule depends on activities (morning or afternoon shifts).
Flexible according to weather and hacienda needs.
Example:
🕗 8:30 am – 1:30 pm → Morning shift
🕓 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm → Afternoon shift (for events or special tasks)


Regeln

Respect and kindness – greet everyone daily and treat others with warmth and courtesy.
Cleanliness – keep the kitchen tidy and wash everything you use after each meal.
Positive attitude – stay enthusiastic, open-minded, and proactive in daily tasks.
Empathy and forgiveness – be patient with others’ mistakes, apologize for your own, and let go of misunderstandings quickly.
Responsibility – take care of shared spaces, tools, and equipment as if they were your own.
Avoid waste – use water, electricity, gas, and supplies (like oil or cleaning products) consciously, as these are valuable resources in South America.
No drugs – the use of any kind of drugs is strictly prohibited on the property.
Smoking – only allowed outdoors, in designated open areas.
Gratitude – appreciate the experience, the people, and the place; a grateful attitude makes the stay richer for everyone.
