We’re a small, family-style hostel on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast, surrounded by jungle and beaches. Volunteers help with reception, guest care, cleaning, and garden maintenance - or general repairs if you like hands-on work. We value positivity, teamwork, and initiative. 18 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Verwaltung: Hilf bei Buchungssystemen und Zahlungen.

Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.

3 freie Tage pro Woche

Team dorm: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Personen teilst.

Kostenlose Wäsche: Du kannst unseren Waschraum frei nutzen.

Schneller Internetzugang: Hochgeschwindigkeits-Internet, damit du remote arbeiten kannst

Programmdetails

The work here is by shifts divided by 5 volunteers.
You get a bed in the volunteer shared dorm and use the hostel's shared kitchen and showers.
The work is mostly reception, taking care of public areas, organizing the place to look nice, minor cleaning like taking out garbage bags, changing sheets or brooming (we have a cleaning lady for heavy duty cleaning).
Reception means working with beds24 app, excel sheet, payments and mostly being there for our guests.
