At Cheers Hostel Istanbul, we’re looking for a creative traveler who can capture the energy of our hostel and share it with the world! You’ll help us produce photo and video content for our social media channels — including our rooftop bar with Hagia Sophia views, daily tours, family dinners, and legendary party nights.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, storytelling through visuals, and living in a fun, social environment. You’ll have plenty of freedom to explore your creativity while working closely with our team to showcase the Travel in Turkey experience.

We offer free accommodation, breakfast and lunch, discounts on drinks and tours, and access to all our events. Join us to create, connect, and live an unforgettable Istanbul adventure!

Aktivitäten & Schichten

🕺 Activities

You’ll join our daily hostel life and help capture it — from rooftop breakfasts and walking tours to our famous pub crawls and family dinners. You’ll take photos, record short videos, and create fun Reels or TikToks that show the real Cheers Hostel vibe. You can also join tours, meet travelers from around the world, and enjoy the best party atmosphere in Istanbul!

⏰ Shifts

You’ll work about 5 hours per day, 5 days a week, usually in the afternoon or evening when the atmosphere is most active and photogenic. Shifts are flexible — we’ll plan them together based on hostel events and your creative schedule. The rest of the time is yours to explore Istanbul, edit your content, or simply relax with the Cheers family.

We keep things simple — respect, responsibility, and good vibes are what matter most. Please:
• Be on time for your shifts and communicate if any changes are needed.
• Treat guests, staff, and other volunteers with kindness and respect.
• Keep shared spaces clean and organized.
• Avoid being under the influence while working — save the party for after your shift!
• Bring your best energy, creativity, and teamwork spirit every day.
