Programmdetails

As an ICT and Digital Volunteer, you'll work closely with our team to support our digital initiatives and empower local communities through technology. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering digital skills training programs, supporting our ICT infrastructure, and promoting digital inclusion.

Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver digital skills training programs for local youth and communities
- Support our ICT infrastructure and maintain our digital presence
- Collaborate with local partners to promote digital inclusion and access
- Create engaging content and resources to promote digital literacy
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our digital systems

Daily Schedule

-Monday to Friday: Work on project assignments, typically 8 hours per day
- Weekends: Free to explore the local area and engage with the community

Project Assignments

- Develop and deliver digital skills training programs for local youth and communities
- Support our ICT infrastructure and maintain our digital presence
- Collaborate with local partners to promote digital inclusion and access

- Our team will provide ongoing support and supervision to ensure you have a productive and enjoyable experience
- Regular check-ins and feedback sessions to ensure you're meeting your goals and objectives

*Accommodation and Meals*

- Comfortable and convenient accommodation in Jinja
- Meals and snacks provided during your stay

Duration and Flexibility

- Minimum duration: 2 weeks
- Maximum duration: Flexible, up to 6 months or more
- Extension: You can extend your stay, subject to approval and availability
