Programmdetails

We are a medium-sized, top-rated hostel located right in the heart of Málaga city center. We use Worldpackers because we believe it brings new ideas, creativity, and an amazing cultural mix to our team. This position is for a creative person who loves art, design, and photography, and wants to help us make the hostel even more beautiful and inspiring!

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Your main tasks will be to decorate and bring color to our spaces — painting murals, adding artistic touches, and helping us refresh our visual identity. You’ll also take high-quality photos and videos of the hostel, our guests, and the local vibe to help us create great content for social media.

You’ll be working up to 25 hours per week, around 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, with 2 days off to enjoy Málaga, the beach, and all the sunshine!

Moreover, we expect you to help with other tasks such as taking care of breakfast and cleaning after, making beds and assisting the housekeeper in the rooms, serving at the bar and helping the cook during dinner nights, and reception assistance when needed. Collaboration and flexibility are key in our hostel life!

Regeln

You’ll stay in a shared dormitory with other guests, so we expect respect, cleanliness, and good coexistence.
We ask for a deposit for the dorm key card, and please note that it’s forbidden to host parties or bring people to the hostel accommodation. Of course, you’re always welcome to join our pub crawl and hostel activities for free! 🎉
