Welcome to our little surf family in Anza, a laid-back coastal village just outside Agadir. 🌞
We’ve created a space where surfing, healthy living, and local culture come together — a surf school, a cozy surf house, and a shared apartment that welcomes travelers from all over the world.

We’re looking for a friendly, positive, and reliable volunteer to help with simple daily tasks around the surf house and apartment🌊

25 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von KĂĽche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Was Sie bekommen

2 freie Tage pro Woche

Gemeinschaftszimmer: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Reisenden teilst.

🌴 What You’ll Get From the Experience

In exchange for your help, you’ll join our small surf community and become part of daily life in Anza.

We offer:

You’ll experience Moroccan surf culture up close — from sunrise sessions and beach bonfires to mint tea and laughter with the crew.

đź’Ş What We Expect From You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys teamwork, simplicity, and the beach lifestyle. No professional experience needed — just good energy and a willingness to help.

Your main tasks:
✨ Light cleaning and organization around the surf house and apartment
🛏️ Changing sheets, tidying shared spaces, and keeping the atmosphere cozy
🙌 Helping with guest check-ins and making everyone feel at home
📸 Optional: take photos or help with social media if you like
🏄 Occasionally support our surf instructors or join events

Schedule:
4–5 hours a day, 5 days a week — flexible, so you’ll still have plenty of time to surf, relax, and explore the coast.
