Desde mi llegada fui recibida con los brazos abiertos e integrarada en la comunidad. Aprendiendo sobre enseñanzas budistas, descubriendo nuevas partes sobre mí y personas maravillosas de todo el mundo. Destaco el sentido de comunidad y pertenencia que se vive aquí, nos unió un vínculo especial que transformó a un grupo de extraños en una pequeña y acogedora familia. Estoy infinitamente agradecida por esta experiencia enriquecedora y por el apoyo y la amabilidad que recibí de todos. Sin duda, recomendaría esta experiencia a cualquier persona que busque un viaje significativo y transformadora.

Me encanta las personas y todo el ambiente de trabajo y voluntariado estaba perfecto, tiene una ótima organización y compromisso con todo. Recomiendo 100000%, comida muy rica ( soy carnivoro) y lo pasé genial con todo muy bien hecho

Tuve una experiencia muy amena e interesante, el centro es un lugar que verdaderamente de invita a estar en paz y te permite meditar y reflexionar en tu tiempo libre, las tareas son serias pero a la vez divertidas por los compañeros y son bastante flexibles en estas, las habitaciones y el personal son tambien muy muy amistosos, es un lugar en donde mas que con compañeros terminas con familia

I applied on this volonteering to do gardening but on the 1st day they imposed me to clean the temple with others volonteers. The "monk" was authoritary with us during the work and asked me to put away my bottle of water. I have back problems, after 6 hours of works, it hurted. I asked them to leave but they didn't take into account my inquiry and told me to wait to do gardening so I left. All volonteers were complaining about the pressure of the work that is actually a volonteering. This is not a budhist center but a sect against Dalaï lama. They take adavantage of volonteers for their needs

I had an overall good experience at the temple, but people should be prepared to not only help with tasks, but to do 6 hours of quite physical work. Work was from 9.30-17.00 everyday (including breaks), so it didn't leave a lot of time to do other things. But the food is always yummy and healthy and they the pool is great! Another thing is that you get told what you will for the day only in the morning (so that's good for spontaneous people:D) and the day you arrive counts as one of your free days. But the staff and the other volunteers were friendly and always available!

Hermoso lugar, rodeado de naturaleza. Muy buenas instalaciones y comida. A 45min en bus de Málaga. Pude asistir a varias clases y actividades!. Las tareas fueron de limpieza. Se podrían organizar mejor los horarios. Es bueno ayudar en un lugar con propósito.

La experiencia estuvo muy buena! Desde que llegas ahí, te da mucha paz el lugar. Las habitaciones son muy acogedoras y la comida espectacular. El lugar es ideal para conectarte contigo mismo, pausar tu rutina y equilibrarte. Me quedé con ganas de seguir conociendo acerca del budismo y todo lo que conlleva. Las personas de allí, son hermosas y siempre hay algo nuevo y bueno para aprender de ellas. Gracias.

O the community fica em Alhaurín el Grande, 50 min de ônibus da estação de Málaga. É um excelente lugar para quem é budista ou tem interesse/curiosidade sobre. É um lugar bonito e tranquilo com muitas árvores e frutas. As atividades são limpeza, organização e manutenção do lugar que já é super limpo, as 6 horas de trabalho são divididas em 3 turnos de 2 horas com intervalos para lanche e almoço. A comida é deliciosa e a equipe é super amável. Um lugar pra recarregar as energias. Amei conhecer.

Amazing! This is a wonderful place to go to. I couldn't recommend it enough. The views are breathtaking just like the people! The accommodations are very clean and you will feel very comfortable here. This is the perfect place for people who want to learn more about spirituality and of course meditation. This is also a great place to practice Spanish but don't worry if you don't, people here speak with their hearts! The organisation is also near perfect, Beatriz is almost always available and schedules are always agreed upon at least the day before. I also highly recommend going to the events!

La experiencia fue hermosa. Desde que llegamos Bea nos recibió con una sonrisa, nos explicó cómo iba a ser nuestra estadía y las tareas diarias. Nos esperaron con sábanas limpias y en un ambiente muy acogedor! El lugar es hermoso, con mucha paz y naturaleza. Pero lo más lindo sin dudas es la calidez de las personas que conocí allí. Pude aprender mucho más sobre budismo, siempre hay alguien dispuesto a explicarte y a contarte su propia experiencia también. Recomiendo 100% y de corazón el voluntariado en Kadampa, para todo aquel que está buscando conectar más consigo mismo y con los demás.
