Come help out on our gorgeous property & have your own room or self contained caravan to live in! We are looking for some building help around our rural property on the edge of Auckland. We recieve the keys to our new home mid December we need help finishi off decks and fences. Open to an individual or couple.
We live on a two hectare property only 30 minutes from the centre of Auckland city central in New Zealand. 15min from a local surf spot

Programmdetails

You will either be staying in the main house with us in your own room, or in our caravan. You will be helping us out with various building projects on our property for four to five hours a day, five days a week.
We (Grace and Johan) live in the main house with our lovely big 3 year old.
We are looking for one or two people who can come and help us on our property with: helping dismantle old fences / build retaining walls and fences (you don’t need to already know how to do this, you will be helping us so we’ll show you) building 2 new decks. possibly help around the house with general repairs.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Four to five hours a day, five days a week. At least one of these days will be a weekend day, as many of these tasks will be ones we need to show you / start with you.
You might prefer to do an eight hour day and then go explore the following day instead. Or you might want to do all of your time first thing in the morning to free up the rest of your day.
Sometimes there will be tasks that need to happen at specific times, but other than that we are happy to be flexible.
We love the outdoors, and getting to the beach, so we would love to take you along - you can join us for a surf or a swim etc!

Regeln

We expect people to be respectful of the space they are staying in, of us, and of the property. And we will of course be respectful of you. We have a young child, so we like to keep a peaceful environment and have quiet nights. So if you are hoping to party this is probably not the place for you. We expect you to do the hours you have agreed to, but no more. We don't want smokers.
