My personal experience was that due to the hosts hectic schedule, she was unorganised, incapable of communicating in a coherent, transparent considerate manner. She made impulsive decisions and as a result she changed her mind frequently. I experienced Hanh as being reactive with a very victim like stance which made it difficult to communicate with her. The upside is she provided a good, clean studio apartment in HCMC.
