My volunteering experience was challenging: - The volunteer room was very dusty and cold, which affected my health; - The atmosphere was tense due to frequent arguments between the owner and manager (though the manager himself was kind and supportive); - On two occasions, I was denied meals that were part of the volunteer agreement, and only after the manager intervened was I able to eat. Because of the poor room conditions, health impact, and repeated denial of meals, I decided it was not possible to continue. I hope these issues and the general hotel management improve significantly.
