Programmdetails

You will play a crucial role in helping us maintain a comfortable and orderly environment while providing friendly support to guests. Specific tasks include:

1. Room Cleaning and Linen Change (Core Tasks):
- Efficiently and thoroughly clean rooms after guests check out (including bathrooms, floors, desks, etc.).
- Change bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases to ensure cleanliness and tidiness.
- Wash, dry, and promptly retrieve linens after changing.
- Restock basic consumables in toilets and kitchens (e.g., toilet paper).

2. Daily Maintenance of Common Areas:
- Keep common areas (such as the living room, kitchen, corridors, and shared bathrooms) clean, tidy, and sanitary.
- Perform basic daily tasks like vacuuming, mopping, and trash disposal.

3. Guest Check-in Assistance:
- Assist with guest check-in procedures at designated times and introduce them to the facilities and basic rules.
- Warmly and kindly answer common questions from guests about accommodation, the surrounding area, surf lessons, etc.

4. Environment Maintenance and Gentle Reminders:
- Politely and kindly remind guests if their behavior may disturb others or disrupt the environment (e.g., making excessive noise during non-designated hours or in non-designated areas, leaving common areas overly messy) in a non-confrontational manner.
- Important: If complex situations arise or guests are uncooperative, please contact us immediately, and we will handle the matter.

Work Schedule Requirements:
- 5 days per week (specific days can be discussed).
- Approximately 4 hours per day (specific times will depend on work arrangements, e.g., focusing on check-out cleaning in the morning and daily maintenance and check-in assistance in the afternoon. Flexibility to adapt to needs is required).
- Free time to explore:After completing the 4 hours of daily work, the rest of the time is yours to explore the local scenery, enjoy the beach, or participate in other activities.
