Here, work blends with leisure — you’ll contribute to meaningful tasks while also enjoying plenty of free time to explore beaches, community life, and cultural activities.



Our program is designed to offer balance: learning, helping, and connecting — all in a relaxed, eco-friendly environment.

What you’ll do:

🌿 Support organic gardening, tree care, and sustainability projects.
🏡 Assist in hosting guests and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
🎨 Join creative activities — painting, DIY projects, or improving common spaces.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Approx. 5 hours per day, 6 days a week (1 day off).

Main tasks happen during the daytime, with flexibility.

With only 6 rooms at the farmstay, hosting duties are light: mostly attending guests at check-in, helping when needed, and enjoying daily life.
