We provide accommodation, meals, dedicated workspaces and a flexible schedule with time to work and rest in between. You’ll join projects supporting children, the elderly and people with disabilities, supporting and creating real connections with the local community.

If you're seeking an opportunity to work remotely while exploring Vietnam and making an impact, this is for you. This volunteer program was specifically curated with digital nomads in mind, supporting your working needs while connecting you with local community. Our accommodations and schedule were designed to create both flexibility and structure to support the remote-work lifestyle, and unite you with like-minded individuals.

As our program has grown in recent years, we've received more inquiries from the digital nomad community - and have taken it upon ourselves to cater to that. We will arrange for you to stay in our volunteer house, where you'll share a bedroom with other volunteers and digital nomads. Our volunteer house offers quiet and comfortable workspaces that are well-suited for remote work. The first workspace is located on the rooftop terrace of the building, where you can work in the afternoons and evenings. The second workspace is in the garden area, ideal for working in the mornings.

Our volunteer schedule is determined a week in advance, so that you can time-block and plan accordingly while managing your own working hours. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, convenience stores in the area as well, providing everything you need within walking distance.
We admire those who want to volunteer on a part-time basis while continuing their careers, and are grateful for the ability to help support that. We can't wait to meet you!

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Our volunteer program allows you to work with a variety of communities and populations in Vietnam - from healthcare, social care with the elderly, to physiotherapy with disabled individuals, teaching English to disadvantaged students, spending quality time with orphaned children etc. Our schedule is listed & sent to volunteers (via WhatsApp) a week in advance, rotating through these activities.

During the week, from Monday through Friday, volunteers will participate in 2-3 hour shifts in the morning and/or afternoon, with a break in between. Before, between, and after volunteer shifts, you will have free time to work, rest, explore Vietnam - or whatever you please!

For our digital nomad opportunity, volunteers have the option to commit to either a morning or afternoon shift, depending on their work schedule & individual needs. We are here to accommodate your schedule to the best of our abilities. Given that this is a new opportunity, we are also seeking support from our digital nomads for assistance in promotions, through sharing your experiences during your time here.

- We only accept applications 10 days before the start date
- If you are from a country that requires a visa to enter Vietnam, you will need to apply for a volunteer visa to join our program. We will guide you through the volunteer visa application process after you have confirmed your participation in the program.
