Help us grow our social media while living in paradise!
At Wonderland Jungle Hostel – voted Best New Hostel in Asia – we’re looking for a creative soul who can connect with guests at the bar and reception while also managing our Instagram, stories, reels, and content strategy.

You’ll work around 5 hours per day, split between:

- Welcoming and chatting with guests (reception/bar)

- Capturing content: vibe shots, stories, reels

- Posting and engaging with our online community

- Occasionally helping with events or small tasks

This is not a remote job – we want someone social, friendly, and immersed in hostel life. You’ll live it, feel it, and then share it with the world.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Activities:

- Reception tasks (check-ins/outs, guest questions, vibe)

- Bar support (chatting, basic drinks, connecting with guests)

- Capturing photo & video content during shifts

- Creating/posting stories, reels & posts (IG & TikTok)

- Engaging with online community

- Occasionally helping with events or hostel activities

Shifts:

- 5 hours/day, 6 days/week

- Typically morning/afternoon/evening shifts to match social vibe

- Content work happens during your regular shift – no extra hours

Regeln

Rules:

- Be social and present during shifts – this is a people-focused role

- Content must reflect our real vibe: fun, respectful, authentic

- No lazy hiding behind the phone – connect first, then capture

- Be reliable: guests and the team count on you

- Keep shared spaces clean, be respectful, and bring good energy

- Minimum/Maximum stay: 4 weeks

- No smoking weed or being under the influence before/during shift

- Any illegal or non-approved activities = immediate termination
