My partner and I had an amazing time at Jonathan & Sandras Farm. The hosts were great. Because they have been volunteers before they know how it is and are very helpful and supportive. We learned a lot about animals on their farm, mostly because they trusted us to do the tasks on our own. If you are looking forward to spending time with animals and to connect with other volunteers or with amazing hosts this is a great place for doing it. But you should be aware that on a farm problems can come out of nowhere and you will need to help even if you are not really expecting it at the moment.

Sandra and Jonathan were really nice hosts and we felt welcomed immediately. When we had requests about the time schedule or other things they always made sure to adapt as well as possible. Their whole story is really inspiring and we learned a lot of things from them. It was a great experience for us and we could gain a lot of unforgettable memories:)

My time at the community was great. Johnathan and Sandra are extremely welcoming, hospitable, and understanding. I had a lot of fun on the farm feeding animals and learning what it takes to run a farm day in and day out. The farm is just outside of the town of Nicoya and I enjoyed going into town and interacting with the locals when I had the opportunity. The other volunteers were exceptional as well!

Este fue mi primer voluntariado, y no podría haber sido más maravilloso. Tuve la suerte de conectar profundamente con la naturaleza y con los animales en un lugar encantador, rodeada de una vista espectacular.Me recibió una familia extraordinaria que desde el primer momento, me cuidó con atención y cariño.Con ellos compartí muchísimos momentos felices desde excursiones hasta cenas en familia, creando recuerdos que llevaré siempre conmigo.El trabajo estaba bien organizado en todos los aspectos, y en todo momento me sentí acompañada y valorada.
