Join us at Isla Tijereto, a remote and peaceful eco hotel in the Rosario Islands of Colombia. We’re looking for a creative and self-driven Content Creator & Social Media Assistant to help us share the beauty and spirit of our island with the world.
You'll take photos and videos of our hotel, daily life, guests (with consent), and natural surroundings.

Isla Tijereto is not just an eco hotel — it’s a hidden paradise where privacy, nature, and authenticity meet. We’re looking for a storyteller, filmmaker, and social media wizard who wants to build something truly unique: a brand that people talk about, share, and crave to experience.
This is your chance to help a local project stand out from the crowd, craft content that emotionally connects, and turn a quiet island into a viral destination — all while living in front of a private beach, surrounded by crystal-clear waters and palm trees.

Make Isla Tijereto the most desirable hidden gem in the Colombian Caribbean.
That means:
Creating content that people save, share, and say: “I need to go here.”
Helping us grow our Instagram and TikTok followers organically, but fast.
Showcasing the magic of the island with authenticity, beauty, and emotional depth.
Documenting real moments, not just aesthetics — connection, silence, nature, joy.
Producing at least 1 Reel or TikTok every 2 days, and a daily story post.
Suggesting bold, fresh, viral ideas — no clichés.
Aktivitäten & Schichten
Schedule: ~25 hours/week, flexible based on natural light and conditions.
Time Activity
Morning (7–9 a.m.) Golden hour: capture beach, breakfast, nature, sunrise, details.
Afternoon (3–5 p.m.) Interviews, room shots, Reels/TikTok filming, storytelling.
Evening (flexible) Sunset, campfire, dinner mood, community moments.
Post-edits Light editing + upload drafts (we can co-review).
You’ll work closely with the owner and manager to prioritize scenes, themes and storytelling. Your ideas will be heard and appreciated — we want your creativity to shine.
Regeln
Goal-oriented: This is not just content — this is marketing. You’re helping us grow sales.
Bring your own equipment (smartphone with a great camera is OK).
Must have basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
Stay minimum 3 weeks to build a story arc.
Respect our tone: elegant, calm, natural — no party vibes.
Ask for consent before filming people.
No drug use or loud behavior. This is a place of peace and nature.
Filmmakers, content creators, photographers, marketers.
