Maintenance Volunteer

Come experience biodynamic living with us! It’s a life lesson, a deep meditation, and a love revolution!
You’ll meet super cool friends who share the dream of a sustainable future. 24-hour green electricity, clean running water from our own well, fast WiFi, warm showers, weekly activities, pizza nights — and yes, there’s even a swimming pool!

For this role, we are looking for hands-on, practical volunteers who enjoy working with their hands and helping take care of spaces and infrastructure in a conscious, respectful way.

Typical tasks may include:

general maintenance and small repairs around the eco-village

helping with basic construction or improvement projects

caring for common areas, paths and outdoor spaces

supporting the team with practical problem-solving when needed

Some basic hands-on experience or a natural aptitude for manual work is appreciated. What matters most is a practical mindset, a sense of responsibility, and genuine enjoyment in working with your hands. You’ll work alongside community members, improving your skills while actively contributing to the well-being, functionality and care of the village.

This role is ideal for people who enjoy physical work, being outdoors, and feeling the tangible impact of their contribution, all within a friendly, collaborative and international community atmosphere
