Programmdetails

Our volunteer program is all about creating connections and sharing experiences at qema Arequipa. You’ll be part of our team, helping us bring good vibes to the hostel while enjoying the city and its culture. We keep a friendly environment where creativity, collaboration, and fun are always welcome.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Volunteers help for around 25 hours per week, with 2 days off to relax and explore. The schedule is flexible and can include supporting in social activities, guest interaction, or creative projects depending on the role. We like to adapt tasks to your strengths and make it fun!

Regeln

Respect the space, the staff, and other volunteers. Keep common areas tidy, be punctual and responsible with your shifts, and bring a positive attitude. We encourage open communication and teamwork so everyone has the best possible experience.
