Das Erlebnis
Join the team at Montenegro Hostel 4U, a lively beachside hostel in Kotor, and help create an unforgettable experience for travelers from around the world. Volunteers assist with housekeeping, kayak/SUP rentals, and help run social activities like drinking games and pub crawls. In exchange, you'll get free accommodation, access to hostel events, and the chance to live and work in one of Montenegro’s most beautiful locations.

I expect us to be a close-knit group that runs the hostel together and have some fun.
Just to set things straight - if you are into the hostel culture, work hard, play harder and like to socialise with other guests, this is 100% the place for you. If you are just looking to chill and do some work for free accommodation, trust me, it will be boring and I would suggest you find another place. :)
Aktivitäten & Schichten
We are a team of 10, so all the tasks (housekeeping, renting SUPs/kayaks and pub crawl leaders) are being split between all of us so we can all enjoy the hostel and the city.
