Programmdetails

We are seeking for advice, skills and experience on which social medial can take our organization to the next level of recognition, how it operates. through training us of how to take pictures, videos, how to create better content that brings out the real picture of our Mision and Vision, what we do as an organization.

The skills needed may include.
• Commitment to our organization values.
• Ability to work within the organization Safeguarding & Volunteering policies and guidelines.
• Experience of using social media: Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, TikTok or Twitter.
• Good written communication skills, with accuracy and good attention to detail.
• Ability to think creatively when sharing content.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and motivated to work as an individual.
• Ability to deal in a professional manner when communicating online – remaining calm, balanced, and neutral.
• Volunteers will need their own equipment (Laptop/Tablet, broadband etc.).

Which Support do we offer.
• Volunteers will have a specific staff member as their contact.
Reasonable and agreed in advance expenses, will be reimbursed.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

There are a variety of tasks you may be asked to get involved with.
They could include
• Writing posts for our social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social networks
• Scheduling posts via social media scheduling tools
• Moderating online discussion groups
• Monitoring social media for likes, comments, notifications etc and responding appropriately
• Devising campaigns for expanding likes, followers and reach
• Communicating with our staff on social media issues
• Assisting with other social media projects that arise

Regeln

When and where do we need social media and marketing volunteers;

We would like a pool of Social Media Volunteers to cover times throughout the week – including evenings and weekends.

We would like volunteers to be available on a regular basis and to be willing to operate as part of a Rota.

This role can be carried out from home or the organization Office
(during office hours).
