It was a really good experience. I received a positive response very quickly and number of one the staff who guided me to reach the hotel. Mrs. JOU is very nice and accomodating. She is genuinely interesting to interact with the volunteers and makes time in her busy schedule to spend time with volunteers and does everything she can to make the exprience good and unforgettable. The accommodation was a comfortable room in a staff house nearby the hotel. The hotel is located a unique scenic spot in Xingping. Volunteers maybe lucky to go one free tours around with hotel guests. Highly Recommended

Mrs Chau is very kind. Due to my visa application took too long, I had to change my dates twice, but she was very understanding and supportive. On the first day, I got to join a cave exploration, it was safe and fun. The foods made by the kitchen staff are local and authentic, I love spicy foods, so in case, you don't eat spicy foods, let them know. On the second day, I volunteered to clean the pool to swim, but Mrs Chau never asked me to do any labor work, she only needs someone to teach her conversational English, which is a super fun and easy task for English speakers.

It is an honor to share my positive experience with the hotel team in the hotel, China. From day one, I felt welcomed in a warm, respectful, and professional environment. The hotel owner gave me the freedom to choose tasks, which allowed me to contribute by creating a marketing plan highlighting the area's natural beauty and the hotel's charm.
