Bio Construction Help needed

We need someone to help us finish building our dry toilets, the main Maloca and other. We use bamboo and bio construction materials from the land. We have someone guiding the activity that knows and can teach but need hands on helo to finish a few structures.

Welcome to our Ayni Sanctuary of Good Living community, a native forest oasis where nature and humanity meet in harmony. We are pleased with your interest in being part of our volunteer program, where together we can explore the path of Good Living and coherence through Loving Service.

OBJECTIVE: Our goal is to create a space for enriching exchange, where through community service, permaculture, biodynamics, bioconstruction, and personal growth, we can instill the conviction that each person holds the key to living a dignified, serene, and abundant life. We are an epicenter of The New Humanity, where the harmony between humanity and nature is palpable.

At Ayni, we invite you to live a transformative experience, sharing knowledge, learning about nature and about yourself, and contributing to the well-being of the community and the natural environment.

Green Construction and Infrastructure Maintenance:
Includes the design and construction of spaces with natural and sustainable materials, the implementation of energy conversion and sustainability practices, the maintenance of trails and signage, and the management of infrastructure resources.
4.4. Daily Dynamics:

At Ayni Sanctuary of Good Living, we commit to beginning each day in harmony and togetherness, focusing on synchronizing our individual energies to enhance the collective vibration of the community.

Therefore, the day begins at 8:00 AM, at which time we will gather as a community to synchronize after our personal morning rituals, aimed at balancing our individual energies, and also after breakfast. This meeting will allow us to align our vibrations and enhance the collective energy, committing to the clarity of our individual life purposes and intentions. At 9:00 AM sharp, we will hold a group breathing session. It is important to note that those who do not arrive on time for this meeting will be assigned that day as their day of rest.

After the group breathing session, we will gather for a sharing session in which we will review the previous day's activities, align the day's pending tasks, and address each individual's specific needs. This meeting will be brief and will follow the principles of the Daily Standup Meeting.

After this meeting, everyone will go about their individual work until 1 PM, at which point we will meet again for lunch. After lunch, those with a four-hour shift will have the rest of the afternoon to spend as they see fit.

Once your shift is over, you will have the rest of the day free to enjoy and connect with the nature that surrounds us.

At Ayni Sanctuary of Good Living, peaceful coexistence emerges from mutual respect and service to all forms of life. Open and honest dialogue is the mechanism for understanding each other and reaching agreements. If a volunteer identifies anything that could be improved, any inconsistency, or mistreatment, they are obligated to notify their colleagues and sanctuary coordinators so that each situation can be addressed and resolved in a timely and cordial manner.

During the stay, the consumption of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, as well as the playing of music, the use of musical instruments, or the presence of printed, audiovisual, or virtual material that promotes intoxication, is illegal, degrading, or harmful, is strictly prohibited. Also prohibited is any form of violence, the carrying of firearms or sharp objects, sexual abuse, or any abuse of authority directed toward oneself or any person or inhabitant of the site, whether inside or outside the spaces of Ayni Sanctuary of Good Living.

This is a community space for voluntary cultural exchange. Anyone who applies and participates in this program does so of their own free will and agrees to experience it under current national and international regulations.

In this context, the accepted volunteer declares under oath that they are self-monitoring their own actions and releases Ayni Santuario del Buen Vivir from responsibility for their behavior, well-being, safety, thoughts, emotions, and decisions.

If you do not agree with these conditions, please do not apply. If your actions are inconsistent with what you declare you understand and accept when applying, Ayni Santuario del Buen Vivir will terminate this agreement, rejecting your participation in the space and registering the event for future applications.
