Steps from the beach, you’ll live the hostel life while creating content we can be proud to share. Please include a portfolio or past projects so we can see your talent.

Programmdetails

You’ll join our hostel team in Las Palmas and help us grow our social media presence by capturing daily life, events, and the unique community vibe.

Must-have to apply;

You must submit at least 2 examples of previous social media content you've created.

- This could be Reels, TikToks, Instagram stories/highlights, or anything that shows you know how to capture a vibe and tell a story.
- Please include links to public posts or portfolio samples.
- Bonus if you’ve managed social accounts for brands, hostels, events, or communities.
- Applications without content examples will not be considered.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

• Capture daily photos/videos of hostel life (guests, events, chill vibes)
• Create and post 3–5 reels/stories per week on Instagram/TikTok
• Help brainstorm new content ideas
• Socialize with guests and attend events to document them
• Shifts are ~4 hours a day, 5 days per week, flexible timing

Regeln

• Respect guests’ privacy—ask before filming/posting
• Stick to the agreed posting schedule
• Be proactive and social
• Keep content positive, respectful, and non-cringe
• Follow house rules like any other guest (quiet hours, cleaning up after yourself, etc.)
