🌟 Rules for Hostel Volunteers
Good vibes always
Here, we want everyone to keep a positive, respectful, and friendly attitude toward guests, staff, and fellow volunteers.
Punctuality and commitment
Please arrive on time for your shifts and complete your tasks. If for any reason you can’t make it, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Absences do count

Missing a shift without notice will count as a warning.

After three warnings, your volunteer position may be ended.

However, if you notify us and explain ahead of time, we’ll always try to find a solution.

Take care of shared spaces
Let’s keep the common areas clean and organized for a good coexistence.

No alcohol or drugs during shifts
To ensure a safe and professional environment, substance use during work hours is not allowed.

Respect others’ rest
If you socialize outside your shifts, please be mindful of those who are resting.

You are part of the guest experience
Always welcome guests with a smile and a good attitude, helping them feel at home.

Take care of equipment and materials
Everything we use is shared, so let’s treat it responsibly and with care.

If you don’t know something, ask
It’s better to ask than to guess — we’re here to support each other.

Open communication
If any problems or misunderstandings come up, talk to the team so we can fix things quickly.
