My partner and I had a great time at the winery! Roland, Jaspar and Bianca were very friendly and we never felt overworked. The tasks we were given ranged from harvesting grapes and learning how they are produced into wine, sorting potatoes and other odd jobs. We intended to stay only two weeks but extended a few more because we liked the living arrangements and food allowance. Would recommend if you want to see a more rural part of the Netherlands!

Jack and Grace stayed with us and we truly loved having them here. They are a fun, social, and easy-going couple who also take their responsibilities very seriously. Every task they were given, they handled with care and dedication — and we shared plenty of laughs along the way.
They are extremely reliable and kept their accommodation clean and tidy at all times. We would absolutely recommend them to any host. Truly a wonderful couple!

I had a great time volunteering here! We did lots of different tasks to assist the farm like harvesting grapes, sorting potatoes etc. The hours were always respected and the food allowance was very reasonable. Accommodation was cosy in our own caravan with kitchen and bathroom and nice heating. Would definitely recommend!

Roland was an exceptional host, he was always attentive to our needs, and we had wonderful moments of fun and cultural exchange together! He also always respected the working hours and days off. He lent us bicycles to get around the area. We highly recommend him and would definitely come back!

Ronald made us feel at home from the very first day. We worked, laughed, sang karaoke, learned a lot about crop production, and made friends from all over the world. We also had the chance to experience the wine festival, which was absolutely amazing. This was a truly enriching experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone considering it!

The experience at the winery was incredible! We were able to connect with and learn from the local people by sharing different moments with them. Bianca and Roland were friendly and respectful. They are always willing to help and spend time with the volunteers. The facilities for the volunteers are very comfortable and have everything you need for your stay! One of the best things about the winery is their dog, Tarzan! :) It's a truly wonderful experience—I highly recommend it!

Roland and Bianca, thank you so much, made the experience at the winery incredible. I enjoyed so many moments!! The work was also fun, and it allowed me to learn about different activities in the vineyards and daily tasks on the farm. It was wonderful to experience Dutch culture and share time with the locals!! In the afternoons, riding the bikes and exploring nearby sites was also wonderful! I highly recommend this experience!!! Working at the winery was an excellent experience. The work itself was engaging and very manageable, with hours exactly as discussed. The weekly food allowance was perfect and made day-to-day living easy. One of the highlights was getting to socialise with everyone on the farm—there was a great sense of community. Plus, the local activities gave me the chance to really get to know the culture and livelihood of the area. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would 10/10 recommend it!

Thank you very much Roland! I can learn a lot through volunteer! Work is only in the morning, hence, I can free to use my time afternoon, such as taking a rest at a caravan, cooking with other volunteers (we can free to use Roland's potatoes and onions!), travelling The Netherlands, and cycling. I was allowed to use one caravan by myself, which is so large for one person! I usually go to buy some necessary food and cook by myself. Although many people at this farm speak Dutch, you can communicate with them in English. You can also make friends and touch their cultures.

I had a wonderful time volunteering at the vineyard. The work was rewarding and gave me a great chance to connect with nature, though sometimes it could be a bit physically demanding. What made the experience truly special were the other travelers I met along the way. The facilities were nice, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Roland was always very understanding and helpful. He always had time for us and gave us everything we needed and asked for. It was a great experience to meet other travelers and hear some amazing stories. We were able to have a look around Marknesse with the bikes Roland provided for us. I am very grateful for the experience and the people I got to meet. I would recommend it without a doubt!
