Join our Artist Volunteer Program and help transform Barefoot Backpackers into a vibrant, visually inspiring space for travelers! We're seeking creative individuals who can contribute their artistic talents to decorate our hostel with murals, paintings, and informational posters.

Whether you're a muralist, illustrator, graphic artist, or someone with a flair for visual storytelling, this is a great opportunity to showcase your work in a unique and welcoming environment.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

Paint murals and wall art
Create themed or decorative informational posters for guests
Help enhance the overall aesthetic of the hostel
Volunteer Commitment:

-4 hours of volunteer per day
-4 days per week
-3 days off to relax or explore

Regeln

1. Work Hours & Days

Volunteers are expected to work 4 hours a day, 4 days a week.
Workdays and schedules will be discussed upon arrival and must be respected.
Three days off per week – enjoy them!

2. Project Responsibility

Only begin projects that have been approved by the management team.
Please finish what you start – consistency and follow-through are important.

3. Respect the Space

Keep all materials, brushes, and tools clean and stored properly.
Do not paint or alter any area without permission.
Maintain cleanliness in both your work and living spaces.

4. Hostel Etiquette

Be friendly, respectful, and considerate to guests, staff, and fellow volunteers.
No loud noise or parties in volunteer rooms.
Drug use is strictly prohibited on hostel property.

5. Meals & Perks

Enjoy your free breakfast during designated hours, and a 20% discount at our restaurant.

6. Communication

If you’re sick, need a day off, or encounter any issues, let us know as early as possible.
