At our hostel, we’re looking for responsible, proactive volunteers with good energy who want to contribute to the team and enjoy a multicultural environment. We expect people who complete their tasks, respect common areas, and enthusiastically become part of the hostel’s daily vibe.

In return, we offer accommodation, access to common areas, group activities, and a relaxed atmosphere where you’ll meet travelers from all over the world. We value communication, commitment, and creative ideas that can enhance the hostel experience.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

The volunteer schedule is organized into 4 workdays of 7 hours, with 3 days off per week. Shifts are arranged flexibly according to the hostel’s needs and the team’s preferences.

Maintenance tasks:
Assisting with basic repairs, checking the proper functioning of lights, fans, doors, showers, and furniture, performing preventive maintenance, and helping with small improvement projects around the hostel.

We adjust schedules as needed and aim to maintain a relaxed, well-organized environment with a strong sense of teamwork.
