Are you looking to be part of an unforgettable travel experience while giving back and meeting people from all over the world? Our volunteer program might be just what you’re looking for! Here’s everything you need to know:

đŸ› ïž What Volunteers Do
As a volunteer, you’ll help out with day-to-day hostel operations. Tasks may vary depending on your skills and the needs of the moment, but they typically include:

Front Desk Support: Welcoming guests, checking people in/out, answering questions, and creating a friendly atmosphere.

Housekeeping Help: Making beds, cleaning rooms and common areas, doing laundry.

Creative Projects (Optional): If you have skills in photography, design, social media, DIY, or art, we often have side projects you can help with!

AktivitÀten & Schichten

🕐 Your Daily Shift
Volunteers help out 5 hours a day, with 1 days off each week to explore, relax, or dive into your own adventures.

Shifts are typically scheduled in the morning, afternoon, or evening — and we do our best to match you with your preferred time slot.

You'll always know your schedule in advance, so you can plan your week.

Regeln

🕒 1. Show Up On Time
Please be ready 5–10 minutes before your shift starts.

If you're running late or feeling unwell, let the manager or shift leader know ASAP.

💬 2. Communication is Key
Be open, respectful, and positive when talking with guests and team members.

If you have any questions, issues, or suggestions — we’re all ears! Don’t hesitate to speak up.

Whether it’s reception, cleaning, or hosting an event — do your tasks with care and good vibes.

Keep common areas tidy, even when you're not on shift.

🌎 4. Be a Good Roommate
Respect quiet hours and your fellow volunteers in the shared dorms.

Clean up after yourself in the kitchen, bathroom, and volunteer spaces.

🔑 5. Respect the Hostel’s Stuff
Treat hostel property (and each other’s things) with care.

Ask before using any staff-only areas or supplies.

đŸš« 6. Zero Tolerance for Discrimination or Harassment
We welcome everyone — no matter their nationality, gender, religion, or background.

Any form of discrimination, bullying, or inappropriate behavior is grounds for dismissal.
