At Sumaj, we are creating a website to showcase our hotels, tours, and authentic experiences. We’re looking for someone with a passion for web design, SEO, and storytelling. You'll help us organize content, improve visibility, and create a beautiful site that reflects our spirit. In exchange, you'll experience life in the Amazon, enjoy a peaceful environment, and work with a friendly and supportive team. 🌿✨
Aktivitäten & Schichten
Activities:
Assist in structuring and updating our WordPress website.
Help create and organize content (text, images, blog posts).
Optimize pages for SEO (keywords, meta descriptions, headings).
Research trends to improve online visibility.
Collaborate with our team to keep the site's spirit authentic and welcoming.
Shift:
5 days a week (Monday to Friday), 4–5 hours per day.
Flexible working hours, as long as daily goals are met.
You can work remotely from common areas or the garden to stay inspired!
Regeln
Rules:
Respect deadlines and communicate openly if you need help or more time.
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude when collaborating with the team.
Content created for the website will remain the property of Sumaj.
Please avoid using AI tools without discussing it first — we value original, thoughtful work.
Respect our peaceful and nature-focused environment: no loud music, no disruptive behavior.
Couple Rules:
Respect the team dynamic: As a couple, it’s important to interact with all team members and guests equally. Avoid creating a separate "couple bubble" that could isolate others.
Collaborate individually: While it’s great to work together, remember that we value each volunteer’s individual contribution. Your tasks and roles may differ, and we encourage you to grow and learn independently within your roles.
Private time: Please respect each other’s private time. No couples-only activities during work hours. Teamwork is essential!
Shared space: If you’re staying in the same room, please keep shared spaces clean and organized to respect other volunteers’ space.
Communication: Discuss expectations and tasks ahead of time to avoid any misunderstandings. Open communication is key to maintaining a good team atmosphere.
