Right now, we’re in the creation phase — and we’d love your help!

We’re looking for volunteers who enjoy:

Painting murals or decor 🎨

Helping with simple building projects and repairs 🔨

Gardening and setting up green spaces 🌿

Adding creative touches and personality to the space

This is your chance to be part of something from the ground up, to leave your mark, and to join a vibrant, growing project in one of Peru’s most magical settings.

You'll be surrounded by sand dunes, good people, adventure, and a shared purpose. Let’s create something beautiful together!

Aktivitäten & Schichten

We’re currently looking for volunteers to help with:

Painting walls, signs, or murals

Light construction, repairs & carpentry

Gardening, landscaping & plant care

Creative decoration and outdoor setup

⏰ Shifts are 5 hours per day, flexibly scheduled with the team.

Regeln

Be respectful to fellow volunteers, guests, and staff 🤝

Arrive on time and communicate clearly about your shifts

Help keep shared spaces clean and organized 🧹

No drug use; moderate alcohol use is okay off-duty 🍷

Quiet hours after 12 AM unless there’s an event 🌙

No outside guests in volunteer rooms

Respect local customs and culture 🙏

Treat animals on or near the property kindly 🐾

Report any issues respectfully and proactively
