The Center is comfortable, the people who greeted me are friendly, it was a good experience and you learn about meditation, which was really nice and helped me find more peaceful moments for reflection.

This is my second volunteer experience, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. I learned a lot about Buddhism, had the opportunity to consume only vegetarian food for two weeks, which was one of the experiences I wanted to have, met amazing people from different parts of the world. Additionally, I developed skills while helping in the café, kitchen, or forest. I am very grateful and without a doubt, it is an experience I would repeat.

My experience in Tara was just perfect. I learned a lot about the Center Buddhism and met INCREDIBLE people that I will always have in my heart! This place is so peaceful and beautiful and perfect for practicing English. The working schedule is generally long but super fun. I recommend this place 100%. I love Tara💘

Fue mi primer voluntariado y los disfrute mucho. Pude conectar con viajeros de diferentes paises asi como conocer a monjes budistas y residentes locales del lugar practicando ingles. Es una muy buena experiencia para aprender sobre budismo pues puedes asisistir a sesiones de meditacion y clases. El trabajo cambia segun las necesidades que hay en el lugar, pero siempre se respetan las horas de trabajo. Me voy muy agradecido con todo el equipo y las grandes personas que conoci en el centro.

I loved my time at the Tara center. I was able to meet incredible people from all over the world and improve my English. I felt at home the entire time and felt the love and care that the residents here have for all the volunteers and visitors. I learned a lot from my tasks and got to experience the routine and culture of the people here, it was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you everyone for the incredible experience.

Thank you very much for all your hospitality to all of those who make the center possible, to those with whom I interacted, with whom I had the joy of working, I have fond memories of each of you. It was a nice first experience as a volunteer, I managed to improve my English and also learn a little more about what Buddhism is, I became curious to learn a little more about its interesting philosophy. It was an amazing experience, everyone was so nice and they treat you well, the food is incredible and everyday it is different . It's near to some villages so you can go there in your days oof, I will really miss this place, thank you 💕

I have had such a wonderful time here at Tara the Center over the last two weeks and I leave a different person to the one that arrived. The community here are so loving and welcoming, and they really care for you. I did different tasks here including cooking, serving in the cafe and building/grounds maintenance, each of which I really enjoyed and gave great opportunity to serve others and promote the activities of the Center. The vegetarian food was was brilliant and there are many opportunities to take part in meditation sessions and learn Bhudhism. Thank you to everyone and I highly recommend.

Tara is one of the best Kadampas to volunteer... The place is beautiful, the room is comfortable, the people are friendly and willing and there are many blessings involved in such a special place. Yes, there is a lot of work to be done, but if you come with an open heart you will realize that the spiritual work we need to do within ourselves is much greater than the manual work. I recommend it and will be back soon!

I had an unforgettable and fulfilling time at the Tara Meditation Center! The work arrangement are reasonable, and there are various flexible tasks. Working in the cafe allowed me to learn a lot of relevant knowledge, and it was extremely rewarding to collaborate with many genuine people. Also the scenery here is beautiful, making it a great choice to go hiking on the rest day! I recommend this place to everyone who wants to have an meaningful volunteering experience. I would love to be here again!
