Volunteering at the hostel was one of my best experiences! Everyone there was very welcoming and warm from the beginning. I met a lot of amazing people during my time there who became like a family to me and they also have such a family-oriented atmosphere that makes it feel like a second home. The job overall was very fun, and social and you get to meet travelers from all over the world and create new wholesome friendships along with getting to explore the local culture and nightlife of Madrid. I highly recommend applying for this position!!!

Volunteering at the hostel has been amazing. I felt welcome and part of the family from the first second and during my stay I felt secure and at home all the time. Thanks to those lovely people who make this place as special as it is. This hostel is a very unique place to stay, not only because of the welcoming and friendly atmosphere but also because of the whole lot of activities that are provided and that you will take part in. I got to know so many interesting and fun places in Madrid, practiced my language skills (Spanish and English) and made new friends. It was great. Thank you.

The experience at the hostel in Madrid was incredible! The hostel is super for the position, for the team you work with, for the activities organized and for the amazing atmosphere in which everyday is created in the place!! Every volunteer has a lot of benefits in the day and in the night time because you can use a lot of facilities and services as food, washing machines, drink, tours. Volunteering at the hostel, you have the chance to know a lot of people coming from all over the world, the best part of my stay was about spending time with international guests making a lot of things!!

This was the first hostel I stayed at in Europe in September 2021. A year later, I returned and volunteered for 4.5 months! It was one of the best experiences of my life. I describe the hostel as an intimate, smaller, family hostel. Because it's just like a family. The manager is super sympathetic and very understanding of your needs. All the staff is very kind and there are a lot of people to practice Spanish with. If you love meeting people, partying, cooking, and living in the center of one of the best cities in the world, this hostel is for you.

I had an awesome experience in the hostel, cool staff and guests. The hostel is huge and the vibe is super warming and friendly. Tasks are far and the hostel is full of cool activities to do during the whole week. The location couldn't be better, right in the center. The owner is very kind and also the manager. I had such a good time in there!

Working at the hostel was one of my favorite things I've ever done. The staff and volunteers felt like family in a very short amount of time and I couldn't of wished for a better experience. I wasn't sure what was calling me to Madrid and now I know it was to meet the people at the hostel. If you have any interest, I highly recommend applying for this position. You will get to explore so much of this amazing city and create lifelong friends and memories. The people at the hostel truly changed my perspective on life and I'm extremely grateful for my time there.

The hostel is an amazing place to volunteer, from the staff, guests and other volunteers it is all around amazing. You will feel as you are a part of a family the minute you enter the hostel and even after you go. They have the perfect mix of social activities and down time so you really get the best of both worlds. the hostel is truley a magically place that will have you wanting to stay. I would highly recommend it!

The hostel was my first experience and what can I say about it? The Staff and other volunteers are like a family, the vibe of the hostel is always friendly and everyone comes open to talk and share unforgettable moments. The work is fair and like the description, just be careful to don't go to the parties even when you're not working (I did it 😂) and I think I loose some other experiences I could have in Madrid. If I can say just one “bad” expect about the experience is: the staff room isn't amazing, but for sure you can handle it. I complete recommend this volunteer 💙
