This place was so beautifull. Spicy villa is located in the mountains near the waterfall. great for those who want to be in the lodge. The host was in Vietnam, but everyone else was so sweet and welcoming. I painted the bungalows which was very peacefull. Other than that there a plenty of task to do around the house. I also had lots of free time to explore and enjoy. However there are no stores nearby and it is really cold at night. But the host will inform you about all that before your stay. They have the cutest cats and dogs, and even some elephants up the hill. I really enoyed it!!

Spicy Villa it's a beautiful place to be in contact with the lodge but a lot of things could be improved. Work hours were not really organized and the communication was not enough.

Spicyvilla was an unforgettable experience! It was the perfect place to disconnect and be in the lodge surrounded by chickens, dogs and cute cats. The work was pretty compact but on our days off we got to do hikes, visit waterfalls and optional to visit the elephants (we are about a 10 minute walk away from the sanctuary). We were well taken care of by Bandito and he made the place a home! Even though we did have long days the time off was really peaceful and could chill and immerse yourself into the real Thai culture. So happy I did this and will be something I will never forget!

I had an incredible experience. It is a place in the middle of the jungle between the mountains where you connect with the lodge in an incredible way. Bandito is a very friendly host who cares a lot about your well-being and that you enjoy your stay to the fullest. Thai food is delicious, you will be able to take incredible walks and see very beautiful places as well as meet other travelers. Tasks are not very clear and plans change spontaneously, so it is important that you adapt and help as much as possible. I highly recommend this experience.

I had an amazing time at the spicy villa's! I met a lot of great people (other travelers and many locals), we did incredible things and the location was just something you can only dream about. Sometimes it was a little chaotic, but this keeps you adaptive and flexible. The work was not hard to do and we always had fun doing it. This is a great place to learn basic skills but also learn how local people live in the mountains and also experience it your own.

We recommend 100%! a total disconnection in the middle of the lodge, in an idyllic setting, the work is cool, there is everything you need to live and have fun in your free time. Ho is great and the meals are always delicious and plentiful 🤩 Nostalgic to leave this place

Truly an amazing experience to be in the middle of the lodge in the jungle, learn how people farm and live in the area. The working hours are respected and the experience with the elephants + the activities proposed on the day off are really nice!! To be improved: - The communication is sometimes hard as the person taking care of us had basic English level and could only tell us the plan of the day last minute. Sometimes we didn't know really what had to be done. - In terms of hygiene : providing soap, gloves & clean sponges would be important - Reparing some bungalows for safety

The experience was amazing, the whole team is very welcoming and helpful (Hoh is such a good cook). The place is quite far from the city, immersed in the jungle, so a great opportunity to wind down for a bit. The work wasn't too hard, it might be demanding for someone who isn't used to farming, but other than that other tasks are fairly simple. I unfortunately didn't get to meet the actual host as he was away on a business trip, but by text he seemed very nice and if you da good job he will give you the chance to visit the elephants during weekdays and not only weekends.
