I had a great time volunteering at the hostel. Pierre and Constanza are very welcoming and make you feel like part of the team straight away. The work on reception is not difficult, and it gives you the opportunity to speak Spanish and meet people from all over the world. The hostel has the best atmosphere of any I've ever stayed at, and all of the staff and guests were so lovely, and everyone feels at home. I would recommend this experience if you're looking to volunteer in a quiet and relaxed town with gorgeous nature and lovely people!

Pierre and the rest of the team were super welcoming and friendly. I had such a great time working here. If you want to improve your fluency, meet new people, and enjoy the beautiful town of Puerto Varas this is the way to go. The hours were fair and the work, while it could be difficult at times, was very well organized. I would recommend having a background in spanish as well as english to make learning the tasks and communicating with the guests easier. Thanks so much for the experience!
