Programmdetails

- Reception:
- Greet guests with a smile and check-in/check-out efficiently.
- Provide information about the hostel, local attractions and tips on Sri Lankan culture and cuisine.
- Help resolve guest queries and issues, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay.
- Any social media help would be appreciated.
- Ideas for expanding community events offered.
- Assist with hostel administrative tasks such as managing reservations and
maintaining records.
- Work with staff to ensure all areas of the hostel are clean and tidy.
