About Gili Castle
Gili Castle is not just a hostel—it’s a wild, social, and adventurous experience! Known for its epic pool parties, rooftop bar, legendary climbing wall, and laid-back island vibes, we attract fun-loving backpackers from around the world. We thrive on creativity, good energy, and non-stop fun. Now, we’re looking for a talented mural artist & graphic designer to help bring even more life to our walls!

What You’ll Be Doing: We are looking for a mix of two specific styles:

Real Estate/Interiors: Clean, bright, and professional shots of our newly renovated rooms, common areas, and facilities for our Hostelworld and booking pages.

Lifestyle & Atmosphere: Candid shots and Reels/videos that capture the "soul" of the Castle. Pool parties, guests socialising, and that magic Gili Trawangan sunset vibe for our social media.

What We Need From You:
Your Own Gear: You must have your own professional camera (DSLR/Mirrorless) and wide-angle lenses for interior shots. Ideally a drone too.

Editing Skills: Proficiency in Lightroom/Photoshop or Premiere/CapCut to deliver polished, ready-to-post content.

Portfolio: Please share a link to your previous work (Instagram, website, or drive).

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Days 1-2: Focus almost entirely on the renovation. Photos taken and edited after photoshoots with guests.

Days 3-5: The Social Cycle. Focus on content creation. Shooting Reels, capturing the Saturday night party, or doing "Day in the Life" style videos for Instagram, all highlighting the new renovation.

OR

Days 3-5: Creating a video to advertise Gili Castle, that can be pinned to our socials so guests know what to expect.

Respect the Space – Keep work areas clean and protect hostel property while painting.
Balance Work & Partying – Enjoy the social vibe but show up on time and focused.
Team Collaboration – Be open to feedback and work well with staff and guests.

Commitment – Volunteers must stay for the agreed minimum period.
