Fue increíble, una experiencia que sin duda recomiendo vivir, si estas buscando inmersión en la cultura, descanso y a la vez movimiento, acá encuentras de todo, las chicas son muy amables alice y nasly estan todo el tiempo abiertas y dispuestas a enseñar, ayudarte en lo que necesites, he aprendido muchísimo me llevo mi corazón lleno de tanto amor, un lugar increíble, 100% recomendado. El hostel es un lugar increiblemente hermoso. Un lugar tranquilo donde podes relajarte. Recomiendo 100% este voluntariado! Las tareas son sencillas y se hacen de una manera amena ya que Mike y todo el equipo es muy amable. Con Ali, Nas y todos los otros voluntarios compartí momentos que recordaré con muchísimo amor. Sin dudas es un lugar al que volveré :) Gracias por todo!

Volunteering at the hostel was an exceptional experience. The administration team was outstanding, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The facility is beautiful and inviting, creating a positive atmosphere. The work was fulfilling and well-organized, making it a truly rewarding experience. Highly recommended!

My experience at the hostel was second to none. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the venue was beautiful, secluded and quiet but close enough to the town to walk down to enjoy the beach or the crazy the hostel nightlife. Tasks were straightforward and instructions were clear. Mike shared lots of valuable information about things to do in the area. I had the most amazing time here, made forever friends and memories that I will cherish for a lifetime. the hostel is a very unique place, a bucket list destination! I will be returning to the hostel very soon as I can't stay away.

My experience was great! Mike, the manager, is super chill, the other volunteers were super chill, and the work is super chill. Overall, it is a very relaxed and drama-free work environment. Everything is super organized, and you'll never question whether you're doing a good job or not because your tasks are written out in front of you. You'll have plenty of time to see Montañita, plenty of time to do any remote work, and the volunteering expectations are very clear. It really is what volunteering should be. I would've stayed longer if I could have!

Our stay at at the hostel was beyond the initial expectations we held. Montañita is known for the wild parties, beautiful beaches nearby, and the amazing surfing. the hostel separates itself form the wild side and offers a place of tranquility and kindness which in turn allowed us to remotely work efficiently, learn spanish openly, and relax. The work was relaxing and orderly with hours being respected and tasks being clear. Shout-out to Alicia & Nasly(Julio y Nancy) being so kind and helpful to us as well as Mike for being a efficient and trusting Manager.

Mi estadía en el hostel en Montañita, fue excelente, Mike es una persona respetuosa y se cumplieron los acuerdos que estaban estipulados en la plataforma, allí me hice amiga de otr@s voluntarios que también son muy amables, me hicieron sentir muy bien. Las tareas son fáciles de realizar y hay tiempo libre para ir a la playa y hacer otras actividades.

Adorei minha experiência no hostel, foi um voluntariado tranquilo por estar na baixa temporada, e as escalas dos nossos turnos são bem organizadas. Super recomendo a visita, o jardim é lindo, a casa é espaçosa e a cozinha muito bem equipada. Pertinho da praia, uns 05 minutos andando e rola muito surf. Obrigado Mike e equipe pela oportunidade. O hostel está localizado a uns 5 minutos do centrinho e da praia de Montañita, área tranquila e com uma ótima estrutura, jardim lindo e super aconchegante. Montañita é um pequeno povoado, famoso por suas baladas e pela prática do surf. A região conta com águas cristalinas e grande concentração de corais, para quem curte fazer snoorkeling é possível avistar muita vida marinha, recomendo ir até o Parque Machalilla. As tarefas são simples e objetivas, seguimos um check list onde fica claro o que cada um deve fazer dentro do turno. Gratidão ao o hostel pela oportunidade, super recomendo!
