oin our lively beach bar team on the stunning Longset Beach, Koh Rong! We’re looking for enthusiastic, social, and hardworking volunteers to help us create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What We Offer:

Free shared dorm accommodation right on the beach (near the party area – earplugs recommended for a good night’s sleep!).

Three meals a day, plus some beers or shakes to enjoy.

Hands-on training in making delicious cocktails and serving food/drinks.

Serve food and drinks to guests with a smile.

Learn to craft tasty cocktails (no experience needed – we’ll teach you!).

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Volunteers will work 6 hours per day, split into two shifts with a 1-hour break in between. For example, you might work 3 hours in the morning, take a 1-hour break to relax, enjoy the beach, or grab a meal, and then complete the remaining 3 hours in the afternoon/evening. This schedule ensures a balanced workday while leaving plenty of time to explore the island, unwind, or join in the beachside fun! 🌞🍹

Regeln

As a Bartender & Tour Promoter, you’ll be the heart of our beach bar, creating a welcoming vibe for guests while juggling a variety of tasks. Your main responsibilities include:

Serving Food & Drinks: Prepare and serve delicious meals, refreshing drinks, and craft cocktails (we’ll teach you how!).

Tour Information & Sales: Share details about exciting island tours and activities, and convince customers to book their next adventure.

Promotion: During quieter times, help spread the word by handing out flyers, engaging with potential customers, and promoting our bar and tours.

This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, enjoys a mix of bartending and sales, and isn’t afraid to step up and help with promotions when things are slow. You’ll play a key role in keeping the energy high and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience! 🌴🍹🎉
