Provide support across various departments at Lobos Records, contributing to the growth of the label and the development of emerging artists.

Main Responsibilities
Production and Logistics Support

Assist in organizing recording sessions and events.
Help with setting up and breaking down equipment.
Coordinate schedules and logistical needs for artists and collaborators.
Social Media Management and Communication

Create and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
Engage with the digital community and respond to messages.
Collaborate on the creation of promotional campaigns.
Artist and Community Relations

Provide support in managing and attending to artists.
Assist in planning events and showcases.
Contribute to the expansion of the Lobos Records community.
Music Marketing and Distribution

Research trends and strategies in music marketing.
Assist with the distribution of music on digital platforms.
Coordinate with media outlets and blogs to promote releases.
Administrative and Organizational Tasks

Maintain updated databases.
Help in planning the label’s activities.
Assist in managing sponsorships and partnerships.
Volunteer Profile
A passion for music and the music industry.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
Availability to attend events or work remotely as needed.
