Volunteer at Mitra Hostel – Goa

Join the Mitra family in the heart of Goa! As a volunteer, you’ll help create a welcoming space for travelers while enjoying free accommodation in a lively hostel. Meet people from around the world, practice languages, and experience real cultural exchange.

With our prime location, you’ll be steps away from Goa’s beaches, markets, and nightlife. Be part of a vibrant community, make new friends, and discover the best of Goa while contributing to an exciting travel project!

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Your Responsibilities at Mitra Hostel (5 hours per day):

Welcome and interact with guests, making them feel at home

Assist at reception and support with check-ins/check-outs

Host activities such as games, music nights, or social events

Guide or accompany guests on tours of neighbouring attractions

Help keep common areas clean, organized, and guest-friendly

Share your culture and engage in cultural exchange with travelers

Work with the team to create a lively and positive hostel vibe

Regeln

No intoxication or substance use while on duty

Do not ask travelers for personal favors or gains

Respect hostel property, staff, and guests at all times

Be punctual and complete your 5-hour daily shift responsibly
