25 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Malen & Dekorieren: Hilfe beim Streichen oder Dekorieren der Einrichtung.

Musik: Auftreten zur Unterhaltung von Gästen, Kindern oder lokalen Gemeinschaften.

Sprachunterricht: Unterrichte eine Sprache für den Host, Gäste oder lokale Gemeinschaften.

Sozialarbeit: Hilfe bei Freiwilligenarbeit in lokalen Projekten und Gemeinschaften.

Betrag: R$ 75 Pro Tag

Beschreibung: We charge an extra fee to help maintain the NGO and ensure the continuity of our projects. This amount directly contributes to expenses such as food, educational materials, basic utilities and also to the renovation of our space, allowing us to provide a better environment for the children and volunteers.

Programmdetails

As expectativas para nossos voluntários na Associação incluem:

1. Comprometimento e Responsabilidade: Esperamos que os voluntários se comprometam com as atividades e horários acordados, respeitando o trabalho da ONG e suas demandas.

2. Empatia e Respeito: Trabalhar com crianças e jovens de comunidades vulneráveis exige sensibilidade. Os voluntários devem ser empáticos e respeitosos com todos.

3. Atitude Proativa: Ser proativo em ajudar nas tarefas diárias e sempre disposto a colaborar nas diferentes atividades da ONG.

4. Trabalho em Equipe: Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com os outros voluntários e a equipe, criando um ambiente de apoio mútuo.

5. Vontade de Aprender: Esperamos que os voluntários estejam abertos a aprender novas habilidades e a se envolver com os projetos da ONG de forma engajada.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Volunteers can assist in various activities at theAssociation, such as:

1. Educational Support: Help with language classes, tutoring, and learning workshops.

2. Cultural Activities: Assist in organizing cultural events, such as exhibitions, performances, and art workshops.

3. Cleaning and Organization: Collaborate in cleaning and maintaining the space to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.

4. Social Media Engagement: Contribute by creating content, interacting with the public, and promoting the NGO's activities.
Space Decoration: Help decorate and personalize spaces for events and educational activities.

5. Marketing and Communication: Assist with promoting the NGO, creating materials, and supporting communication efforts.

6. Social Actions: Participate in and organize community actions, such as donation drives, food distribution, and clothing donations.

7. Event and Party Support: Help organize special events, such as parties, fairs, and commemorative activities.

8. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing documents, tracking donations, and supporting the internal team.

These activities allow volunteers to engage in various aspects of the NGO's work, directly helping improve the lives of the children and young people we serve!

Regeln

1. Commitment to time and responsibilities: Volunteers should be punctual and fulfill assigned tasks with dedication, showing responsibility and commitment to the NGO.

2. Active Participation: Volunteers are expected to be actively involved in the NGO’s activities, contributing enthusiastically to events, workshops, and social actions. Their presence and engagement are key to the positive impact of the work being done.

3. Presence on Social Media: Volunteers may be invited to participate in videos and photos to help promote the NGO’s work. They should feel comfortable representing the organization in a positive and engaging manner, always respecting the ethics and values of the NGO.

4. Proactivity: Volunteers are expected to anticipate needs, seek new solutions, and help continually improve the NGO's activities, always willing to collaborate in different areas even without being asked.
