I really enjoyed my 6 weeks with Nadine and Sascha. The work isn't bad at all and you're able to pretty much spend the entire day with the animals. (It's mainly mucking out the stables, feeding and grooming or fixing the fence) Both of them were really kind, understanding and never made me feel bad for asking for advice. They also instantly treat you like a part of their family. I would really recommend it if you want to learn about horses and like to hike on your days off!

It was my first experience of this kind and I must admit I have no regrets. Nadine and Sasha were welcoming and generous. I enjoyed every moment we shared, our conversations and our jokes. The horses are absolutely adorable and treated with lots of love and attention. The cats and dogs are very welcoming and constantly looking for cuddles, which I took great pleasure in giving them. I was able to ride very often, see the magnificent landscapes of this region, and meet other wonderful people whom I hope to see again one day. I was sad to leave, but I cherish those memories.

First I would like to share that this whole experience was an amazing time and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Nadine, Sasha and everybody I have met were the most welcoming and kind people I've could have met. I was surrounded by beautiful nature and so many lovely cats, dogs and horses that I will never forget. The horse rides were beyond beautiful and so much fun. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who wants to take care of animals, meet new people and just reconnect with nature! It was 1000% well spent month.

I wanna start saying that I felt in love with every spot that I saw, and also mention the 7 beautiful horses, the 2 sweet babies, and the 6 little kitties, that became part of my daily routine. Every day was an adventure, filled with peace, magical sunsents and heartwarming connections, Maria, Celina; but what truly made this experience unforgettable was Nadine. Dear beauty blue eyed friend, her patience, positivity energy, sense of humor, and the way that she opened her home made me feel belonged. I can't say enough about the amazing person that she is. First of all, it was really great. You live right next door to the horses and other animals. The horses, dogs and cats are so sweet. The tasks are well explained and easy to understand. The hosts are very nice and answer every questions or concern if you have any. They also take care of all food expenses which was very nice. All in all i loved every day there and was honestly sad to leave. I recommend this experience to everyone, especially animal and nature lovers

Nadine and Sasha we're wonderful hosts, they made the stay as comfortable as possible. The work is not too much and you are provided your own living space. It is a bit isolating and there is only one volunteer at a time however you do have 2 lovely dogs, 5 cats, and of course the 7 horses to keep you company. You also work directly with the horses everyday so there is plenty of interaction.
