Hi, I am a 60 year old gay man from the UK who recently moved to Italy with my dog Billy.
I'm a semi-retired actor and teacher who loves the outdoors, food, music, theatre and film.
The property is an early 19th century traditional Piemontese farmhouse on a secluded hectare of wooded land ten minutes from the centre of Asti.
It is a magical haven from the world, which needs restoration, landscaping and woodland management.

Programmdetails
In exchange for free accommodation, food and drinks, I am looking for volunteers to work up to five hours per day, five days a week.
The house needs painting and decorating, woodwork restoration, plastering and tiling.
The land needs landscaping, path building, the creation of peaceful spaces in the woods, tree felling and tree surgery, planting gardens and vegetable patches, erection of fencing etc
I am happy to collect and deliver volunteers from/to the local rail station (Asti)
Aktivitäten & Schichten
I prefer volunteers to work to their strengths, but also learn new skills.
With that in mind we will communicate ahead of time so I can plan projects to suit each volunteer, allowing flexibility for tasks that arise in real time.
Regeln
My only rule is mutual respect and a cheerful commitment to the work that has to be done.
I'll be working with the volunteers and overseeing the work on a daily basis
