Programmdetails

Reception Duties: Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries, providing excellent customer service.

Housekeeping: Help with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.

Social Activities: Organize and participate in social events and activities for guests, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance tasks and report any major issues to the management team.

Guest Relations: Interact with guests, offering local travel tips and recommendations for exploring Bratislava

Aktivitäten & Schichten

During your shift, you should be able to prepare beds after their check-out and before the check-in, so between 11am and 2pm. Other things, like cleaning and so are totally up to you and you can do it whenever you want to.
