At Vaatalya Community Retreat, we believe in autonomy, creativity, and self-discipline over rigid schedules. This role does not follow a traditional 9-to-5 format, but rather focuses on deliverables—ensuring that our social media, marketing, and communication channels thrive and grow by the day.

As a volunteer, you are expected to be proactive, professional, and self-driven, taking ownership of your work without needing constant supervision. Your focus will be on:

Managing and growing our social media presence
Creating engaging content, photos, and videos
Handling guest inquiries, emails, and WhatsApp communication
Developing new marketing ideas to promote Staycation & Wellness experiences
Collecting and curating testimonials and guest interactions
Should be open to engage in new work developments and also sharing a had with the community work

Success in this role is measured by real impact—increased engagement, more guest inquiries, and stronger visibility for our retreat.
