Are you passionate about photography, videography, and social media? Join us at The One Hostel in Cát Bà, Vietnam, and help capture the energy, beauty, and unforgettable moments of our hostel and island life!

What You’ll Do:

📸 Take photos and videos of daily life, events, and stunning landscapes.
🎥 Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
✍️ Assist in planning and posting social media updates to showcase our unique hostel experience.
🤝 Interact with guests and capture authentic experiences.

Regeln

Volunteer Rules & Guidelines – The One Hostel, Cát Bà

To ensure a great experience for both volunteers and our team, please follow these rules:

1. Work Expectations
• Volunteers work 5 hours per day, 5 days per week (schedule may vary).
• Tasks include taking photos & videos, creating social media content, and assisting with online engagement.
• Be proactive, creative, and open to feedback.

2. Behavior & Attitude
• Be respectful and friendly with staff, guests, and fellow volunteers.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when representing the hostel online and offline.
• No discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.

3. Hostel Etiquette
• Keep your accommodation space clean and tidy.
• Respect quiet hours and hostel rules.
• Any damage caused to hostel property must be reported and may require compensation.

4. Content Usage
• All photos and videos taken during your stay may be used for The One Hostel’s social media and marketing.
• If you wish to use the content for personal projects, please get approval first.

5. Attendance & Commitment
• Show up on time for your shifts.
• If you need a day off or have an emergency, inform the manager in advance.
• Complete the agreed-upon volunteering period.
