Programmdetails

Our program is designed to provide you with a unique, hands-on experience where you’ll have the chance to work on real projects that make a difference. As a volunteer, you’ll focus on capturing the essence of our café and hostel, working directly with our social media manager to create high-quality content. Here’s how it works:

Duration: A minimum of 1 month.
Hours: 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Accommodation: A bed in a bunkbed in a shared room.
Meals: Enjoy breakfast and unlimited coffee throughout the day.
Creative Environment: You’ll collaborate with a social media manager but will focus on capturing photos and videos to showcase our space, guests, and the experience we offer. Posting content is not your responsibility.
Results-Oriented: We want you to focus on delivering high-quality photos and videos. Show up, fulfill your hours, and make an impact through your creative work!

Your day-to-day will be focused on creating and editing visual content. Here’s a breakdown of your typical activities:

Photography: Capture images of the café, hostel rooms, events, and guests. We W

Videography: Film short, engaging videos—whether it’s a quick clip of a barista at work, a time-lapse of a bustling café, or an interview with a guest.
Editing: After capturing the footage, you’ll spend time editing your photos and videos to bring out their best quality. Use your creative touch to make our visuals pop!
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our social media manager to ensure your content aligns with the brand and vision. Brainstorm ideas, discuss themes, and create a cohesive visual narrative.
Free Time: After completing your daily tasks, you’ll have free time to explore Pereira, relax, or engage with other guests.
